By using the platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. Please read them before creating an account.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all players using mmk9 services. From the moment you register an account, access games, or make a deposit on this platform, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform.

mmk9 puts player protection, entertainment, and transparency first for Myanmar players. We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be published on this page promptly.

Glossary and Definitions

Player

A person aged 21 or above who has registered an account on the mmk9 platform and plays games.

Platform

The mmk9.im website and all games, bonuses, and services provided through it.

Account

The individual personal mmk9 account registered by each player.

Bonus

Extra funds, free credits, and special promotions provided by mmk9 for players to use in games.

Ks

The currency unit referring to Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Account Registration and Eligibility

  • To participate at mmk9, players must be 21+ years old. Anyone under 21 is not permitted access.
  • A player may not hold more than one account at the same time — one person, one account only.
  • The name, phone number, and payment details provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
  • If family members are playing from the same network (IP address), mmk9 must be notified in advance so those players can be identified separately.
  • mmk9 cannot permit access from locations where doing so would violate laws related to gambling in Myanmar.
mmk9 reserves the right to request verification of a player's age and personal information at any time. If no response is received within the set timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security

Players must keep their account login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with anyone. Players are responsible for all financial and gaming activities made from their account.

  • Any account takeover, theft, or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected].
  • A third party controlling or playing on your account ("account sharing" / "agent play") is strictly prohibited.
  • Selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

Deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Funds will be credited to your account instantly after deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks, and withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour.

  • Only the player's own payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals — third-party payments are not accepted.
  • Withdrawals from balances that include bonus funds will only be processed once the wagering requirements described in the bonus section have been met.
  • mmk9 may request KYC documents before processing a withdrawal if required.
mmk9 may suspend and review any deposit or withdrawal suspected of fraud or money laundering.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

mmk9 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited and all bonus winnings being removed.

General Promotions

  • The terms and conditions for each individual bonus can be read in the bonus terms section.
  • A player may not hold more than one bonus at the same time — only one bonus is allowed at a time.
  • mmk9 may change or cancel any promotion with prior notice.
  • Bonuses may be forfeited if fraud or claims from multiple accounts are detected.

VIP Program

In mmk9's VIP program, players can move up through tiers based on their accumulated wagering volume. There are four VIP tiers —

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback will be credited to the player's account by mmk9 according to the set schedule. mmk9 may update the VIP reward policy with prior notice.

Gaming Rules

  • Additional rules for each individual game are shown within the game itself. Players must read and understand the rules of any game before playing.
  • Players must not exploit game software, use bots, or use any technical tools that could cause damage or loss to the platform.
  • If mmk9 detects any attempt to manipulate predetermined game outcomes ("cheating"), the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited without refund.
  • Collusion — where players communicate with each other to pre-arrange outcomes — is strictly prohibited.
  • In live casino games, any irregular conduct detected in bypassing code or communicating with dealers may result in the game outcome being reviewed and acted upon.

Limitation of Liability

mmk9 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from technical failures, server disruptions, network connectivity issues, or third-party cyberattacks.

  • If platform access must be restricted due to changes in local laws, mmk9 will make every effort to notify players in advance and cannot be held liable for any resulting legal violations.
  • Players may not hold mmk9 responsible for their gambling losses — because gambling, by nature, can result in losses.

Violations and Account Suspension

If any of the following violations are found, mmk9 may close the account and forfeit funds without prior notice:

  • Intentionally exploiting system errors to claim bonuses
  • Bonus abuse — completing wagering requirements only through low-contribution games
  • Deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to money laundering
  • Using bots or scripts to play
  • A single player opening multiple accounts
  • Inappropriate conduct toward mmk9 staff, customer service agents, or other players

Dispute Resolution

To resolve disputes related to gameplay, cashback, or bonus issues —

  • If customer service is unable to resolve the issue, you may document the problem and escalate it to the mmk9 management team.
  • Game results will be verified against the server logs of the responsible partner game provider, and those results will be treated as the final decision.

Right to Amend Terms

mmk9 may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will try to give 7 days' advance notice, and changes will be published on this page alongside a "Last Updated" date. Continuing to access and play on the platform after changes are made is considered acceptance of those changes.
